Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. For all updates on your order, please refer to that tracking number. Please note, PersonalizeIT is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.)
Once an order is shipped and you receive your tracking information, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
